Hello dear Bobby, Adham, and Floki,
I received a warning for RDM, but I would like to appeal it because, as you can clearly see from my POV, I did not shoot the player directly.
I was only shooting in the sky to scare him and make him stop running. The reason I approached him is because he was open carrying and provoked the situation by saying, “f idiot, take your shit car and go, officer.” After that, I exited my vehicle and fired warning shots into the sky only to intimidate and de-escalate the situation.
The player with ID 106814 then started shooting at me first. I am LEO, and since he fired first, I had the right to return fire without a demand.
Because of this, I respectfully request that my warning be removed and that I be unjailed.
