Life Story:-
When Hyper Velocity was born, his mother and father were killed. He spent his childhood as a lonely and naughty child of the streets. When he was 12, he was taken to an orphanage by the LSPD and started school And he focus on studies.he could not stand the restrictions in the orphanage. He ran away from the orphanage at the age of 16. He later left school. He started living on the streets because he had nowhere to go, but life was hard. He had to start making money somehow. He worked at every job. he could find, but the money he earned was not enough for him. He decided to move on to the darker side of things. Then he meet a who helped him to get fake document and join USSS.
Career story:
Hyper Velocity started his career by joining the USSS Organization in go because he wanted to protect people and make city crime free. He was a serious guy and always followed the rules. After few years he think to get different experience and he moved to LSPD. His life on the streets was tough, but he handled it. He Slowly climb step by step and eventually he got moved to LSPD his friend thought I was a downfall for him but Hyper has big plan to started his hard work and become HC. and got a good hard work and also gave his best for it and Others look him as same hardworking cop. But inside, something had changed. As he get power he started dealing with gangs and also doing favors for the wrong people. Then slowly he also started doing corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Hyper can take Bribes to release 10-15 and become hostage (up to 100k).
2. Hyper can search for bodycams of 10-15 and destroy them with proper RP (“/try grabs the bodycam from chest and breaks it)
3. Hyper can Lie about a lawyer and refuse to read the Miranda Rights.
4. Hyper can detain any one on a false charge with proper RP Reason and then demand bribe / weapons from them for their release and whoever fail to give him the bribe maybe arrested..(100k bribe max)
5. Hyper can use illegal items like drugs/illegal weapons while on and off duty
6. Hyper carries Duct tape in her bag which he can use to stop individuals in custody to stop talking. ("/try applies duct tape on the mouth" - 2X / situation)
7. Hyper can refuse to show his id and passport to any citizen or Law binding officer.
8. Hyper can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested (in proper Roleplay reasons).
9. Hyper can disobey break firearm law and all IC laws made by the government and state orgs.
10. Hyper can interrogate/rob/kill anyone who create trouble for Corruption or SAHP.( With proper RP and when situation is fit only)
