Yesterday I uploaded a forum against a guy who belongs to Marabunta gang and he abused gang car color and driving car with wearing Fake Leos clothes . I provide vdo link in proofs

My friend was attending a Cland event (u can see the time in my vdo it's Cland time) and I was just casually roaming around the beach market.
This was not a situation where I was doing any kind of Meta Gaming activity.
Suddenly, I saw a person wearing Leo’s outfit. After that, I noticed a vehicle which looked like it belonged to Marabunta, so I got confused.
To normally confirm, I asked my friend whether Marabunta vehicles have “MAR” written Number plate Yes or no ?
This cannot be considered under meta gaming because I was only asking for confirmation about whether the vehicle belonged to that gang or not.
The person was driving a gang vehicle after changing its color, which is not allowed.
I was simply trying to clarify that it's gang car or not, nothing else.

as you can see in POV the car belongs to Marabunta Grande which means it's colour need to be Blue (same as marabunta) but he is abusing the gang car to become a fake leo. He is wearing leos dress and changed the gang car color to black. As per the rule he can drive gang cars without gang clothes...
