Rejected Ban for ER 1.7(FamWar) | Ahammed Pluxury

Dear Chief Bobby Pluxury sir,
i was banned for ER 1.7(Fam War). im not writing this appeal to complaint against admin but i would like to respectfully explain my situation. I recorded my full bodycam using NVIDIA Recording Software and before entering the Fam War, i verified that my video quality was set to 720p HD but unfortunately, due to an Nvidia recording glitch, my bodycam was recorded in 360p. I fully respect administration's decisions and sincerely aplogize for this mistake. i kindly request you to please forgive me this time, this is my first time being banned for this reason. i humble request you to please reconsider my ban and unban me so i can start the best Role Play Server. I assure you that this issue will not occur again in the future, and i will double cheack all recording settings before participating in any events.
