1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Ans: I am getting board now in RP life and this time i want to end this and wanna become admin. I grinded too much on en2 city and now moved to en3 and i want to join admin team here so that I can do work as i liked. I also love admins that they punish those people who break rules and also love to teach newbies. I am now in the form that I can become admin.
   
   
2. What are your strengths?
   Ans: Strong understanding of server rules, active and reliable, clear with new players, consistent with time, quick to learn, and fair when handling situations.
   
   
3. What are your weaknesses?
   Ans: At times I try to handle everything on my own instead of asking for help, but I’m improving. I also sometimes take extra time to ensure fairness in small situations, which can slow me down.
   
   
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   Ans: I remain professional, handle forums and reports quickly, and resolve conflicts fairly without bias. My real-life operations role has trained me to stay calm under pressure and make fair decisions, which aligns well with the admin team’s needs.
