Life story
Raiyan was born in Pakistan in a middle class family. With a strong tradition of education and public service. Both parents are Doctors, his grandfather was a professor and professional hunter, his uncles included a lawyer and a district comminution. Inspired by this he had a dream to become a police officer.
His childhood was spent in Saudi Arabia, living there for 10 year beforeoving to Portugal with his mother and brothers for further studies. During his studies he volunteered in several community programs near his local police station and developed strong connections in law enforcement which deepened his interest in this field.
Career Story
After completing his studies, Raiyan joined USSS. Through hardwork and dedication he quickly gained the trust of the Governor Sadi Ivedek. He gained a lot of experience in USSS and eventually ended his career in USSS as Chief of Staff during Khalil Mohammad's term.
He decided to follow his parents footsteps and gained experience in EMS. He spent 4 years training there. Raiyan then continues his career in LEOs and joined SAHP. He worked had and climbed the ranks. He then went to join LSPD where he quickly earned the trust of the Ctwo terms in LSPD Nas ended his career as Assitant chief hief, Bob Versteri. He served
With years of experience behind under him, Raiyan beloved he was ready to get the leadership and applied for SAHP. Although he was appointed he had to face heavy political pressure and internal conflicts. His decisions caused disagreement with higher authorities and had to leave his position to prevent further damage.
Dead from inside he joined gangs but his moral values said the otherwise. He then left the street life and got back to LEOs

2. Raiyan Can rob people (pickpocket and other weapons they have)
3. Raiyan can intimidate and torture suspects on duty (no killing).
