Dear Grand RP Management,
I am writing this to clarify a misunderstanding regarding my account (ID: 86224) and a recent forum warning I received for "Abusing complaints".
Firstly, I want to state clearly that I have NEVER filed an appeal before the one that was recently rejected. I received a forum warning for "Abusing complaints" on my very first attempt to reach out to you, which I believe is a mistake or a technical error. I am not trying to spam or abuse the system; I am simply trying to understand why I am banned.
Regarding my ban (Refusal of PC check): At the time this ban was issued, Grand RP was not even installed on my computer. I had deleted the game weeks ago and only recently reinstalled it, only to find out that I was banned while I was away from the project. Therefore, it was impossible for me to "refuse" a PC check as I wasn't even active in the game or had the files on my PC at that time.
I am a honest player and I am ready for any kind of PC check now, as my game is 100% vanilla and I have nothing to hide. I kindly ask you to re-evaluate my situation and check my login logs to see my inactivity period.
