Im just chillin and a guy pulls up in a taxi and starts shooting at me, the taxi driver was with him I thinks since you see him driving him around. And they were not talking in game so most likely metagaming at the same time. The taxi drivers ID is 16309 and looks experienced and still did some shit like this
