Rejected Ban for GR 4.1 | Babi Ruthless

Respected Higherups,

I had a PC check by Mr. Babi Ruthless and he gave me a ban for 4.1 Minus Settings, i have attached the POV of my file and the last edited date of the file.
There is nothing minus in my settings.xml and lodscale is 0 because i have a lower end laptop.
If i am not wrong then the setting shouldn't be less then 0, and i have never touched the setting just installed a redux which is 100% legal named "Booster V5 by YS Parmar"
I am ready for PC check again.
