Respected Administration Team,
I would like to respectfully submit this complaint regarding my 30-day ban on the Grand RP EN1 server for rule ER 1.7.
I want to clearly explain the situation from my point of view. I was participating in an official event when I started facing serious technical issues. Due to a very unstable internet connection or maybe game error, my character began glitching and teleporting. This issue is visible in the reporter’s POV; however, from my side, it was caused by network lag and packet loss.
As soon as I realized that my character was glitching and could negatively affect the event, I immediately left the event area to avoid disturbing other players or causing any unfair situation. There was no intention from my side to violate any server rules.
Regarding the bodycam issue, I would like to explain that I am using a low-end PC. Running bodycam software along with the game causes severe lag and FPS drops, making the game unplayable. Due to these technical limitations, I was unable to provide bodycam footage at that time.
I respectfully request the administration to please consider my situation, technical limitations, and the fact that I voluntarily left the event area as soon as I noticed the issue. I had no intention to deliberately violate ER 1.7 or avoid providing evidence.
I kindly request a reconsideration of my punishment and ask for leniency in this matter. I assure you that I respect the server rules and will be more careful in the future.
