The ticket was already rejected 2 times. Player 41302, if you check his history, always tried to open multiple tickets for the same problem so that i have multiple punishment.

I was already punished during the game so his ticket was refused. After he opened another ticket and was accepted from Adham Pluxury for an errror because i was already punished during the game for this topic.

If you can double check and also ban player 41302 that open multiple tickets every time and wait for an admin error like this time.
