As You Can See in the Pov We was already having Hostage ID:530838 and We was planning Store with 2 Hostage and we was trying to catch a Leo and then we saw fib car and when we gave him pull over demand he came out of car started shooting us without fearing of his life Neither Hostage Life
There Might Be a Possible Global But Still they should have fear of Hostage before Shooting us Like They made the HW Ghetto Like No Demands Nothing Just Shot Who ever they seen also The State Did Mass RDM as You can see

After reviewing the situation and the POVs, your family never informed LEOs that you had a hostage and gave pull over demands and until officers had already begun shooting and several of your members were being killed. It was only at that point that you announced there was a hostage, by which time most of your members had already been taken down by LEOs. The LEOs had IC justification to open fire due to your family violating IC laws.
