Life Story: Devin grew up with a very wealthy family. Everything he wanted was given to him from his parents. Growing up life was on easy mode for him. Devin had a lot of friends but he didn't know at the time that most of his friends were fake and were just using him for his money. When Devin got into high school he went on a trip with is parents to Los Santos in their private jet. When they were going to land at the airport they experienced engine failure and the plane crashed. Devin was the only person who survived the crash so all of his parents money went to him. A few years later he wanted to stop living off his parents money and make some money for himself which is when he decided to join the SAHP police academy.
Career Story: Devin found his way into the SAHP police academy. While at the academy he would always sneak out and have fun at night. Until one night he got caught by the sheriff and he got punished. He decided from that day on he wanted to stay in SAHP but earn his money a different way. After graduating the police academy he met some higher ups who already were doing the same thing he wanted to do. So slowly he climbed the ranks and soon enough he got to be a very high rank. After being such a good cop for a long time he decided that it was time to switch up and earn some more money. He leared form the people who came before him and little by little he became the kingpin of the underground while still looking like a good person on the outside making sure he always keeps his identity form getting out.
Outcomes:
1. Devin Saint can help his friends or family members to flee if they are being detained.
2. Devin Saint can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
3. Devin Saint can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
