These were rejected due to a live cheating ban on DE03, which to my knowledge must now be over 4 years old. I also tried, with little success, to clarify this ban.

There, the administrator Tom Jackson only informed me that my account on the DE03 server was not banned.
Finally, I am reaching out to you today because I would very much like to turf and I was not flagged for cheating or anything similar on DE 01. Also, there have been cases in the past where people who were banned for cheating regained their turf permission.

Due to these complaints, I request a re-evaluation of my turf permission. I would like to emphasize once again that I have nothing to do with cheating on DE01.
