Leadership Experience:
I have held multiple high command roles in state organizations, including serving twice as Commander at SAHP and current serving as Chief of Division at LSPD . These experiences helped me understand how the National Guard operates, from discipline and training to managing officers and large-scale operations.
Vision for a Better and Active NG RP:
I want to make the NG more active and enjoyable for its members, not just focused on routine duties. My goal is to bring meaningful roleplay through proper training, good communication, and organized activities such as patrols, checkpoints, rescue missions, and military operations that feel realistic and engaging for everyone involved.
Leadership Based on Teamwork and Simplicity:
I believe good leadership comes from guiding the team calmly and clearly. I focus on teamwork, clear communication, and discipline. Every soldier, whether a new recruit or a senior officer, should feel valued, understand their role, and stay motivated to perform well.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Training and Drills:
Regular training sessions for formations, weapon handling, radio communication, and proper roleplay behavior to keep soldiers prepared.
Strong Hierarchy:
A clear chain of command so every member understands their responsibilities and follows discipline.
Engaging RP Scenarios:
Organized military roleplay such as city patrols, checkpoints, rescue operations, and coordinated missions to keep activity high.

Maintaining realistic military behavior and professionali
