The admin didnt punish him for fail rp when it was clear that he did fail rp.
It shows up in left eye when leos drag someone, however it does not show up in left eye when they undrag someone.
Like i said - "94569 undragged me without saying anything thats fail rp.1:27 of pov"

0:35 of pov he undragged me but didnt say it. it doesnt show up in left eye chat so its fail rp 1:37 of pov i asked for ID but he said no and never showed

Bobby said it shows up in left eye when u dragging someone and hence there's no need for leos to say it, however it doesn't show up when u undrag someone. It only shows up when u dragging them. When u dragging nothing shows up. I had to add that clarification for justice to be delivered.

Answers been fairly clear, as long as he has said he will be putting you in the car, it is more than enough as IRL they are still dragging and throwing you in the car but script side of things does not allow it, as long as proper RP is conducted it is fine, if he just let you go without placing you in the car and saying it then yes violation.
