2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
First of all, in my 63 years in the city I have accumulated tons of experience in every gang, and I ran an unofficial organization called the Garcia family we had lots of fun taking over the ghetto and helping newly born players in the city get started and find their way to exciting things.
secondly, I will make sure my amazing deputy team be active leading by example and showing everyone the ropes of how everything is supposed be done. We will paint every location in the ghetto green in both beach ghetto and main ghetto. I will take care of anyone that is breaking rules and being toxic, the families gang will be a movie with me as the leader with how everything will be ran and managed.
Last but not least, I will choose wisely on who is managing and running the gang and not break any server rules for the whole term. I will choose and recruit the best shooters to be turfers for the gang and take all turfs dominating everybody in sight taking 100% of turfs. The Families gang doesn't get as much attention and recognition as it should be getting but with me running it i will make sure it does and i would be very happy to make this the best term this gang has ever seen.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
Manage the gang and make sure its ran properly by the people in charge that everyone calls high commands by selecting the right ones, have a team that is willing to get their hands dirty any time and any day. my main purpose is participating in all the events and perform at our very best, it doesn't matter what event it is we will come out on top. No rule breaks will be allowed; me and the high commands will make sure all members stay in character role playing.

-Get max graffiti profit each hour
-Attend all events
-accumulate 100% of turfs
-Have fun
