Dear admins
i was Doing Normal Patrolling before this Guy started Provoking me (409560) and He hit my car not by accent at time 0:14 (CR)

after i blocked his Engine those 2 people (384152 + 364826) and opened Fire without any demands (GR 6.15 + RDM)
also Those (384152 + 364826) when am unconscious They Break rule (GR 6.8)
