i almost send 10 forom of my issue but there is no proper replay

i am unable to here others players voice and i am unable to see only rp charts other then that i can see everything
i re insalled windos i reinstall gta 5 and the rage multyplayer but my issue didnt solved
admins said post a forom of admin so i am posting it
issue is from 2 months but it didnt solved
