Dear Administration Team,
Note: I did not receive any punishment. This complaint concerns the denial of my report, not a punishment issued to me.
I respectfully request a re-evaluation of my denied report:
Rejected - GR 1.3 | ID 225388
The report was denied on the basis that no GR 1.3 violation occurred and that the matter could be handled ICly as bribery. However, based on the provided evidence, I believe this assessment is incorrect.
In my POV, the accused clearly instructs me to send money in order to be taken inside for FIB recruitment. After I transferred the money, no further roleplay occurred and no promised action was delivered. The interaction ended immediately after the payment.
If this were purely an IC bribery scenario, the roleplay would have continued logically (refusal, arrest, internal report, disciplinary RP, etc.). Instead, the situation ended right after the money transfer, which indicates bad-faith interaction rather than a normal IC legal conflict.
Additionally:
• The accused claims I was warned not to send money; however, the video shows him instructing me to send it.
• Leadership status should not affect rule evaluation.
• Third-party allegations are unsupported by verified POV or logs.
• The only confirmed evidence is my full POV showing payment and lack of RP continuation.
I respectfully request that this case be reviewed again under GR 1.3 regarding:
• Accepting money tied to access/assistance
• Failing to deliver the agreed RP outcome
• Ending the interaction immediately after receiving payment
I am not seeking unfair punishment, only a fair and objective rule-based review of the evidence.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Kind regards,
