Why should they unban me?
Dear Lebron,
I am turning to you as a last resort.
Yesterday, I attempted to log in to DE03 and discovered that my account had been banned for cheating.
I have been playing on the Grand Network since 2021, including a full year as an administrator on DE01 I did a bunch of PC checks myself that year and know how to spot cheaters. I have never been involved with cheats and have no intention of doing so.
I was banned because of a clip in which I allegedly teleported away.
The video evidence has already been taken offline by the creator, so I have no way of proving that this did not happen. I imagine that this situation took place at the hospital in the city. I was not online for long that day and spent all my time at the hospital.
We all know that teleportation bugs can occur at the hospital. This may also have been due to my own connection on that day. I had changed my contract with my internet provider.
It just feels wrong to ban me for cheating based on a clip when it could still be a visual bug.
The first complaint was rejected on the grounds that without counterevidence, the sanction would remain in place.
But how am I supposed to prove a situation that I am not even aware of since the clip has been taken offline?
This is not about my hard-earned game score, I just don't want to be listed as a cheater because I have never cheated.
I would of course agree to a PC check, I have nothing to hide.
