Rejected Unban Appeal I For Curator Of The Project

Hello dear administration,
I got a PERMA ban on the main account for G.P 1.4 instead of a ban for 60 days.

G.P 1.4 It reads:
"Prohibited from having more than 1 additional account (Twinking) | Permanent ban of all accounts except the main account. The main account will be banned for up to 60 days."

It says that the main account gets a ban for 60 days, but Aldin gave me a PERMA ban.
even tho i explainded my situation, i unknowingly used a VPN while playing and admins tought i had more than 2 alt (twink) accounts so the gave me a ban (it was supposed to be a 60 day ban but they gave me a permanent ban, their carelessness disgusts me.)

note: this happened on the serbian server RS #1 but admins didnt wanna do anything about it, so im complaining here to you.
