The organization that is conducting the event:
LifeInvader
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: (Event cannot be a common event, it needs to be special)
A rogue hacker (named initially as UNKNOWN SOURCE later named Vexanna X) hacks into LifeInvader systems to create broadcasts (7777 event style) firstly with cryptic messages and they get more bold and loud as time goes on fabricating "state secrets" to turn the public against the state. The hacker will move to a series of locations, and use InGrand to give clues on their whereabouts. It's the LEOs jobs to capture this hacker, using the clues on InGrand. The Government has to post state waves, the aim of their state waves is to keep order in the city. When the hacker reaches the final location, there should be 10 minutes left on the clock, VX will continue to play a cat and mouse game where they will take a series of photos on InGrand. LEOs must reach her and cuff her before the timer is up. Upon cuffing her they end the attack.

Role of Each Organization Involved:
FIB/SAHP/LSPD/NG: Work together to solve the clues and find the hacker within 20 minutes.
GOV: Regular state waves in an attempt to calm down the public.
Other organizations involved:
LSPD, SAHP, FIB, GOV, NG.
Admin Requirements:
- Change the name of hacker (once) after some time. (will be called Unknown Source, and then Vexanna X afterwards)
- Ensure other org curators/admins are aware that it's an event so they don't punish during event
How is the event won?:
LEOs should work together to figure out the clues and capture the hacker. Once the hacker is in cuffs, they win. They have 20 minutes from the first InGrand post.
Prize for the winner:
$200.000 for each LEO org if they can find the hacker within 20 minutes.
