2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 To Strengthen Military Discipline
: i wish to lead the National Guard to reinforce strict military discipline, clear chain of command and professional conduct within the organisation.

2.2 To maintain state security: The national Guard plays a crucial role in protecting state interests and controlling weapon distribution. As a leader I am to implement transparent logging systems and strict protocols.

2.3 To Enhance Tactical RP: I want to organize regular combat drills, formatting training and tactical simulations to improve realism and quality RP. my goal is to create capable of supporting all other organisations during high-risk situations.

2.4 To Build a Merit Based Promotion System: I belive promotions should be based on activity, loyalty, and performance and not favouritism. I will implement a structured evaluation system including activity reports.

2.5 To improve Inter-Development Coordination: The national Guard must work closely with other state organisations. As a leader , I will maintain professional communication, mutual respect and coordinated operations with LSPD , FIB, EMS and Government officials.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

3.1 Structured Training: Implementing mandatory daily drills, formation training , and tactical simulations to improve combat RP quality. Conducting scenario based situations like hostage situation and state emergency responses.

3.2 Strict chain of Command: Establishing clear chain of command, every operation must follow proper briefing,Authorization to maintain realistic military structure and prevent Fail RP.

3.3 Enhance RP quality through disciplined radio communication and coordinated operations with state organisations.
