I reported a player before for insulting my family, and the report was accepted under GR3.2. However, I saw the same player playing in the server again, and he is not banned. As far as I know GR3.2 punishment should be mute or ban, and I don’t think he received a ban. I just want to understand what punishment he got, because he seriously disrespected me. I am asking for clarification and fairness.
