There was a solar situation and player ID - 218696 was present during the situation.
I killed the player at TP - 0:23 ( IC TIME - 21:52 )

after that the same player came back again at TP - 5:14 ( IC TIME - 21:56 ) which is considered in NLR/GR 6.7 violation

Also at the beginning of the situation the player tried to do bug abuse by attempting to hide inside the ground using animation at TP - 0:12
