This player joined my family through the hotel and stole 20 medkits from my family car then left the family right after, i understand its only repair kits but its not the point i have still been robbed of something that was mine. please can you punish this person please for being a thief.

I think you are targeting him, he didn't took so much items from family car, only valuable thing is Engine level 2 which is nothing for a family leader.

and you shouldn't give access to anything on rank 1
