Hello Administration,
I am playing on EN-2 and I have been facing serious technical issues for the past 2 months. Despite multiple reports and following all instructions given by the Technical Administration, my issue has still not been resolved.
I initially waited for updates thinking the problem would be fixed automatically, but it was not. I created 7–8 forum reports, followed every instruction given by admins, including Admin Crazy M, and completed all suggested troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, the issue persists.
Troubleshooting already done:
• Reinstalled Windows
• Reinstalled GTA V
• Reinstalled RAGE Multiplayer
• Checked and verified all in-game and voice settings
Issues I am facing:
1) Voice Chat Issue (N key):
When another player speaks to me using the N key, I cannot hear their voice.
However, when I speak, other players can hear me clearly.
2) RP Chat Issue:
When someone sends a message in RP chat, I am unable to see it.
But when I send RP chat messages, other players can see them.
This issue occurs only in RP chat.
The strange part is that on my twink account, everything works normally:
• I can hear all players
• Players can hear me
• RP chat works correctly
Because of these issues, I am unable to communicate properly during roleplay. Communication is essential for RP, and due to this problem, I cannot play or participate correctly.
I respectfully request the Technical Administration to review this issue again, as this strongly appears to be an account-related technical problem, not a system or installation issue.
I am fully ready to provide video proof, logs, or any additional information if required.
