Respected Higherups,

As you are aware, I am already going through my punishment and have served 12 days of the ban. I sincerely request that I be given another chance to join the city again.

I truly understand that whatever the situation was that was my fault but its not 100% from my side it was a technical and mechanical error because my laptop got crash so the bodycam didnt get stored so please considered it and I am committed to improving my conduct and contributing positively to the community.

I humbly request you to please reconsider my situation and grant me an unban.
