In my POV, the accused instructs me to send money for FIB recruitment access. After payment, no RP continuation occurred and the interaction ended immediately.

If this were purely IC bribery, RP would have continued (refusal, arrest, internal report, etc.). Instead, the interaction ended after receiving money, which indicates bad-faith interaction.

I respectfully request review under GR 1.3 regarding:
- Accepting money tied to access
- Failing to provide agreed RP outcome
- Ending interaction after payment
