Dear Grand RP Administration, *Mazhor Pluxury*
I have been a loyal player for over 3 years and have spent more than €2500 on my account. Receiving a permanent project blacklist without any explanation or evidence has been very disappointing.
I am not asking for special treatment, only for transparency. I kindly request a detailed explanation of the reason for my blacklist and a fair review of my case.
If no clarification or resolution is provided, I will be forced to pursue a financial dispute regarding the payments made.
I sincerely hope we can resolve this matter respectfully.
