2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific Organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I have worked in many legal organizations and that has lead me to have good experience in leading events and leading my units to victory. I know how to lead the organization with the experience that I have gotten from other organizations and with that experience I know that I can show San Andreas National Guards potential to other organizations.
• Another reason I wish to manage this organisation is that I have a broad understanding that how a legal org should work. I've been a part of numerous legal organisations, and I believe that heading the NG' will allow me to show how responsible and industrious I am to others. Appointing me as the NG leader will allow the org to serve as an example to the whole city that how a legal org should run and what should it look like .
• I will make a better discipline and COC that should be followed by every Soldier Ensuring a better output working on the communication skills and the Charter and Employeement document must be followed by the Soldiers and also protecting the San Andreas from any type of Criminal Acitivty!
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in organisation.
3.1 I will make sure that all the organization members knows the basic rp rules and that they do proper rp at events like store robbery, hostage situation and more events to prevent them from getting individual,org and for them to improve their knowledge.
3.2 I will not allow favoritism regardless of friendships or reputation all members will be required to take the interview and pass the interviews. Ranks will be given based on performance in events, activity and if they have previous experience.
3.3 We will host multiple events for our members to enjoy the rp and have more fun in the organization. We will ask for their opinion and if they fell like it is boring or want to try something we will try to give them what they want. We will ask and take their opinion and change our mindset to make sure that they enjoy the RP more.
