Hello,
I am writing to respectfully seek clarification regarding my leadership status and whether I have been blacklisted due to the “lack of trust” remark. I would like to explain the situation, as I believe it stemmed from a miscommunication and timing confusion rather than any unwillingness on my part.
An interview was initially scheduled for 15:00, and I was present in the voice channel at that time. Later, I was informed via DM that the interview could be conducted later. I requested to do it the next day and was told “tomorrow at the same time,” which I agreed to.
However, later that night around 10:00 PM IST (approximately 16:30 server time), I was again contacted and asked to attend the interview immediately. At that time, I was not at home and clearly informed them that I was unable to join. Despite explaining my situation, the timing changes were not clearly confirmed from both sides, which led to confusion.
Because of this, I am concerned that it may have appeared as though I was avoiding responsibility or not cooperating. That was never my intention. I respect leadership decisions and server processes, and I always strive to communicate honestly and responsibly.
I would kindly like to ask whether this situation has resulted in me being blacklisted from leadership consideration. If so, I respectfully request that my explanation be taken into account before a final decision is made.
I can provide proof of the messages and timings in DMs if required.
