1. Leader of?
Ans) Families
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans 1)To bring back the gang's activity and reputation. The Families have been pretty quiet lately, and it honestly sucks to see the HQ so empty. I want to take over to actually get things moving again. I’ve got a solid core group ready to go, and I want to make sure we’re showing up to every event Store Robs, Informals, FZ raids and actually putting the Families back on the map as a top-tier gang.
2 )I have been in plenty of gangs where leaders just dont care if their members are toxic or breaking server rules, and it just ends up getting the gang disbanded. I want to lead because I am tired of that. I want to run a tight ship where people actually respect the server rules and each other. If someones being a headache or causing drama, they are out. Simple as that.
3)Most people join a gang just for the paycheck and then leave. I want to build something where people actually want to hang out. I am planning on setting up a clear ranking system so players know exactly how to move up, and I’ll make sure the loot and bonuses are handled fairly. If the members are happy and feel like they are part of a team, the gang stays strong for the long run.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans 1)A lot of guys treat the gang like a team deathmatch, but I want to push my members to actually talk and interact before just pulling a gun. Whether it’s a hostage situation or a turf dispute, I’ll encourage my guys to play out the scene properly. If we’re doing a store robbery, I want us to actually negotiate with the negotiators, not just wait for the timer and start blasting. It makes the experience better for everyone, including the LEOs.
2)I’m going to be very clear with my members: your actions reflect on the whole gang. If I see people mixing, being toxic in radio, or breaking character, they’re getting a warning or a kick immediately. I’d rather have 30 players who actually know how to RP than 100 players who just get us constant warnings from admins. I’ll make sure my High Command is always watching to stop rule-breaking before it happens.
3)I want to set up a 'recruit' phase where new members don't just get a rank and a gun right away. My High Command will actually spend time with them, teaching them the server's specific rules and how to act in the Ghetto. By showing them how to RP correctly from day one, we stop the 'bad habits' from spreading. If the seniors set a good example, the new guys will follow suit and the overall level of the gang stays high.
