Good afternoon / Good evening, first of all, greetings Lebron. We already had a topic in the previous complaint about the player named Alen Sikter – Allen Sikter main account (20824) and twink (33483). After the decision made by the Chief Administrator, when the evidence was sent to him in DM, he received a kick from the Administration.
I would like to emphasize at the beginning that I do not want anyone to feel offended or anything similar — I simply want certain things to be put to an end on the RS Server, because this server has very big potential. When Alen Sikter first joined the Admin team, he reached a fairly high role in the Administration and held the position of Curator of Media as a Senior Administrator A5. At that time he became very close with Mujo Simba (Nixa Simba), ID 10, Deputy Chief Administrator and Chief Administrator on Grand RP Mobile Phone.
During everything that was happening with Alen at the beginning, no one had concrete evidence, because Alen was threatening certain girls on the server with bans, which caused many of them to become afraid of getting banned. Some of those girls were even in the admin team, so they stayed silent and endured his disturbing behavior so they would not risk being kicked from admin. After leaving the admin team, or rather receiving a 60-day ban, he continued playing and kept contact with Mujo/Nixa as before — they played other games together and streamed on TikTok, such as Tekken 8 and other games. When there were chill livestreams, Nixa would come into the live, talk a bit, then leave, and that kept repeating.
As far as I know, every appeal and every admin blacklist goes through the forum. He was blacklisted for admin and permanently banned on account 20824. Suddenly, he got another chance and applied for admin on account 33483. If possible, I would ask that the conversation between the two of them be checked, because it makes no sense to me how that happened.
I would also return to the fact that Nixa personally kicked him from admin, banned him for stalking and harassment, and later permanently banned him for lying to the administration. This would mean that Nixa was very well informed. In a voice conversation in front of four senior admins, he told him — I quote: “Is it possible that you did that, is it possible that you are a pedophile?” At that time he denied everything because no solid evidence existed yet. Nixa clearly stated that if it turned out to be true, he knew how it would end. After all of this, Nixa knowingly gave him another chance, fully aware of what Alen was capable of and what the consequences could be.
Since we are not all from the same country, according to the law in Serbia, Article 180 of the Criminal Code deals with this matter — it concerns pedophilia and carries a sentence ranging from 15 years to life imprisonment. In my opinion, this can have serious real-life consequences, especially toward underage girls.
Now I would like to move to another topic: as a DCA (Deputy Chief Administrator), that role carries very large responsibility. It involves making very important decisions that affect the server where someone is appointed, and I believe that position should be held by someone who truly takes it with full seriousness. By this I do not mean that Nixa is incapable, but I believe he did not accept the role with 100% responsibility. It may be a game, but many serious situations have happened through games where people had real-life problems. Personally, I had legal issues and even went to court because of certain individuals who tried to do something, but it did not work out for them.
If possible, I would ask that all communication between Nixa and Alen be checked across different platforms, since they are connected on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Discord. Because I do not understand how he suddenly appeared back in the administration again.
With this message, I do not want anyone to feel offended, nor should anyone take it that way — I simply want the situation clarified so that things like this do not happen again.
