This guy didn't read my rights which goes under corruption and i have check he doesn't have a corrupt bio. Not saying the rights is one of the out comes in corrupt bio. And he didn't provided me lawyer also. At time stamp 20:56 he recognised my personal info without tear off my mask. So i think it consider as Fail RP.

officer who took custody wasn’t the one who made the initial arrest. Miranda is usually read at the time of arrest, so it wouldn’t automatically be GR 6.4 if he didnt read your rights. He could’ve assumed it was already done by the arresting officer. lawyer part also looks like incomplete POV it seems the process was already underway.
And checking someone’s personal info isn’t Fail RP or PG just because they’re wearing a mask. That’s part of normal processing.
