Regarding the POV submitted to this forum, I believe it is insufficient as evidence.
From the footage presented, I found it difficult to clearly determine whether shots were fired.
As you will likely see upon reviewing the POV, the footage does not clearly identify the shooter or the circumstances of the shooting. Therefore, I question whether the content available at this time was sufficient grounds for requesting the POV submission. I kindly request your review.
