un realistic demands given by vagos also you can player running away before being shot at and still got shot at demands were told he has 5 seconds but in reality he had 1.5

from my Point of view of the situation theres not enough evidence in the POV to determine a punishment all you hear is ID: 126748 Screaming into their microphone, and then Demands given, 5, 4,3 then Gun shots, I believe a POV Extension should be requested from ID: 126748 as their might be More to the situation than just shooting into/Out of HQ, Like Provoking, etc.
