Rejected Ban for cheats | RageMP

Hello LeBron, I hope you are doing well. Previously, I received a ban under sections GR1.4 and GR1.1. I submitted a request to restore access to my main account, and it was successfully unlocked. However, before receiving any GR1.4 penalty after the unlock, I was unexpectedly banned again for alleged bug abuse. What is even more confusing is that once my account was restored, I received a penalty from RAGE:MP under the category of cheats. This situation is very concerning to me because I have not played on my main account at all since it was originally banned. Therefore, I do not understand how such a penalty could have been issued when I did not access or use the account. I kindly ask for a thorough review of my case, as I have not been able to play for nearly a year. Every attempt to appeal the RAGE:MP ban has been rejected by the administrators, and I have been informed that lifting the ban is not possible since it was not issued directly through you. I sincerely hope that this matter can be reviewed fairly and that the ban may be reconsidered or removed from at least one of my two accounts. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
