Rejected Ban for GR 1.4 + Corruption | Shisui Vukovic

Hello dear Curator of The Project,

My both account (Main 140673 & Twink 149496 Still) is ban for Gr 1.4 while technical admin said i don't have more than 2 account. Proof:

When i applied for become admin on that time senior support curator Shisui Vukovic ban me for Gr 1.4, when i made unban appeal deputy chief admin save him and told me i have 4 account(Proof). when i made appeal by saying that please unban my 140673 id chief of admin reject it by saying proper answer given. i am trying to get information from technical admin by making forum. Last time when i made forum for curator of the project, It was rejected and when i make this same forum for en3 deputy or chief admin on that forum chief admin said proper answer given by curator of project and ban my forum account but curator of project Mr Lebron said he do not unban. I am agree that i spam the appeals as it was a false ban by en3 admin for spamming the forums i am sorry. But my both accounts Ban is unfair and they are unbanning someone else
account which i dont know that about its information.

I am requesting to unban my accounts (Both account still ban Main & Twink) also reconsider my admin application
