Problem description:
On February 7th at around 10 PM, my account was hacked. I received an email notification saying that my account email had been changed. Unfortunately, at that time, I was attending my lab exams and couldn’t check my email.
After returning home, I tried to log in and realised that I no longer had access to my Rockstar account. I immediately used the recovery link sent to my email and managed to restore my Rockstar account.
After logging in through my main account, I contacted the in-game administrators. They advised me to submit a request on the technical forum for further help.
An individual named Stackedvault gained unauthorised access to my PC and stole my email credentials, Rockstar account details, and my Twink account information. They also changed my in-game name without my permission.
I still remember my previous login credentials and passwords and can provide them if needed for verification.
Request:
I kindly request your help in recovering my Twink account with Id 213312 and restoring my access to the city. I have always followed the server rules and genuinely enjoy playing on Grand RP, so this incident has been very stressful for me.
Please look into this matter and help me regain access to my account.
