Hello dear Kathi or Fabian,
Due to our current dissatisfaction and what we consider to be misconduct by Head of State Rafael Promillo, we are contacting you.
A lot has been going wrong in the State Department on DE1 since Rafael arrived. Unnecessary conflicts are being provoked, and other issues are arising. Most recently, he closed the Government Department yesterday due to warnings. However, it is strange that this happened after we received evidence that he wanted to close the LSPD and the Government Administration. We have been observing this behavior since almost all organization leaders in the COP filed complaints. Therefore, we urge you to investigate Rafael's conduct and, if necessary, to take disciplinary action.

aufgrund derzeitiger unzufriendenheit und unseres erachtens Fehlverhalten vom Head of State Rafael Promillo melden wir uns bei dir.
Derzeit läuft im State Bereich auf DE1 einiges falsch seitdem Rafael da ist. Es wird unnötiger Streit proviziert und sonstiges. Zuletzt Schloß der gestern das Goverment aufgrund von Verwarnungen, jedoch ist es seltsam das dies geschah nachdem wir einen Beweis dazu erhalten haben, dass er gerne das LSPD sowie GOV schließen möchte. Dieses verhalten wird von uns Beobachtet seitdem zuletzt fast alle Organisation Leiter COP Beschwerden gemacht haben. Deswegen bitte inständig darum Rafael´s Verhalten zu überprüfen wenn nicht sogar zu Bestrafen.
