this guy changed the colour to blue,

When I raise a ticket 2 admin says state org is not allowed change colour which is fair,
but when I asked for the Title for the rulebreak one senior admin said not a rule break, if its not a rulebreak im not sure which is correct
if anyone can change the colour like state cars be in Rainbow

I dont know the title I was checking the Forums and one of the player punished for the same thing in En02 Abuse of Org Script,
as IC rules different in both servers, OOC rules are Same
