I hope you are doing well. I am writing to respectfully ask you to review my problem of banned account
I think the issue may have occurred because I play on a low-end PC. Due to my PC's performance problems, some settings changed automatically to minimum, which might have caused unusual behavior in the game. I did not intend to break any rules or gain any unfair advantage.
I really enjoy playing on Grand RP and being part of the community. I sincerely apologize if my system caused any issues. I kindly ask you to review my case and consider giving me another chance. I promise to ensure my settings and system meet the server requirements to prevent this from happening again.
