On August 28, 2024, at 00:00, my account was permanently banned due to an in-game verbal dispute. Since that date, I have been unable to access the game.
I respectfully acknowledge my mistake and take full responsibility for my actions. I sincerely assure you that I will adhere to all community rules and will not engage in any form of verbal conflict in the future.
I kindly request that you reconsider my ban. I have invested significant time and effort into my account, and being able to return to the game would mean a great deal to me.
