Dear Curator of the Project,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this appeal for my ban for Gen 4.1 (Minus Settings). I apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience this might have caused. I would like to explain my situation.
I play on a low-end computer, and for the past month, I have been facing some issues while playing the game in terms of computer performance and rendering. Due to this, I am getting automatic minus settings in the game. I didn’t intentionally try to gain any unfair advantages in the game. I was simply trying to fix the problem of the minus settings.
To fix the problem, I decided to ask my friend to help me. He taught me how to adjust the minus settings to normal settings. At that time, I was unaware that adjusting these settings was against the rules. I did not gain an advantage from it, and my only intention was to run the game on my low-end PC without any breaks of the rules like these.
Earlier, my PC had been checked by Sathwick of PC Checker when I had been given the temporary term of GOV, and everything had been okay. However, after a few days, I have started to facing this problems:
1. I have shown my full PC config in the video, and it is a low-end PC.
2. I have again checked the game files, and the problem of minus settings is still there.
3. I have deleted the file, and then I have opened GTA 5, but again, the problem of minus settings is there.
I made a video of the entire incident as proof of the problem.Babi Ruthless ( Senior PC Cheker) saw the video of me changing the minus settings and told me that it comes under Minus Settings and he would ban me for it. To be honest, I didn’t even know this would be considered a breach of the rules. I was just trying to solve the problem.Although I have already fixed the minus settings previously before the PC Check still I got banned because of that old video where it was shown that I was trying to fix the minus settings.
I have never intentionally broken any of the server’s rules, and I respect the server and the community. I would like to apologize if my actions were a breach of the server’s guidelines. I would appreciate it if you could consider my case and unban me or reduce the duration of the ban.
