2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) Activity
Right now gangs only wake up during wars. After that everyone disappears. I want Ballas to actually feel like a hood — people around, talking, moving, doing small stuff. When someone logs in they shouldn’t have to ask “what now”.
2) Order inside the gang
Most problems in gangs don’t come from enemies, they come from inside. No clear responsibility, everyone shouting in radio, nobody listening. I want every rank to know what they are supposed to do so things run smoother and arguments reduce.
3) Long term stability
Winning for one week means nothing if the gang dies the next week. I prefer steady progress. Members should stay because they enjoy being here, not because we won yesterday.
I have made mistakes in the past and received punishments for them, and I won’t try to hide that. Those situations helped me understand the rules more seriously and improve the way I play. A person who never makes mistakes doesn’t grow — a person who learns from them does. Since then I have been more careful and more aware of my actions.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Less instant shooting, more interaction.
Talking, threatening, presence — small things make situations feel real.
I’ll also do small meetings sometimes just to remind members how to act and how to handle situations properly so RP doesn’t turn into chaos.
If members understand their role, RP automatically improves.
I’m not here to just wear purple… I’m here to make people remember it....
