Hi Lebron,
I am officially filing a formal complaint against Abraham Elkhabib for clear corruption, biased decision-making, abuse of authority, and ongoing unfair treatment toward me. I am requesting his permanent suspension and removal from his position.
My complaints against Abraham or related to him are:
You are already aware of how many times I have contacted you regarding this administrator. On multiple occasions, you reassigned my complaints back to him, despite the fact that I clearly stated he cannot remain objective in cases involving me. Each time, he responded with “you already got the answer,” without properly reviewing the evidence, even when full POV and solid proof were provided.
He is now escalating the situation by threatening me with even harsher punishments simply because I am filing complaints and defending myself through official channels.
This is no longer a single incident. This is a consistent pattern of behavior.
Additionally, the administrators under his supervision, Esko Bar and Refko Navaro, should also be reviewed and removed if necessary for acting in alignment with his biased decisions and supporting this pattern of selective enforcement.
Lebron, this is no longer about one RP situation.
This is about administrative abuse, selective rule enforcement, protection of specific players and organizations, and retaliation against a player who consistently provides evidence and demands fairness.
Justice must apply equally to everyone. No exceptions.
The complaint that led to this escalation:
Reviewed - MASS RULE BREAK | Esko Bar there is a section in English as well ( as I knew this would happen).
Official response from Abraham:
“Admin made the correct decision.
ID 78755 will be banned (14 days) for attempting to stack warnings on the organization multiple times and thus trying to harm the organization’s RP. Next time, the punishment will be higher.”
So now, defending myself with evidence and filing complaints through official procedures is considered “harming the organization” and results in escalating bans?
This is direct intimidation and abuse of administrative power.
I expect an independent review of this situation by someone who is not involved in these decisions, and either way, I will share this via any other social network, channels, etc.
Appeal summary:
First, I demand that every OFFTOPIC comment posted under this complaint be strictly punished.
Second, how is it possible that players 28281 and 16193 received new corrupted biographies immediately after theirs were removed? Is this the practice of Refko Navaro?

Does this mean that players with corrupted biographies are free to break server rules because once it is removed, they will immediately receive a new one?
Third, review the POV carefully and, if you decide to reject the appeal, clearly explain the difference between PD and a gang in this RP situation. Because based on this logic, corrupted biographies and their perks function exactly the same as gang privileges.
Fourth, why was player 1079 not punished for leaving the RP situation after I clearly requested that he call his superiors, while his colleagues next to him refused to do so?
Fifth, there is no need to explain what 83257 did in the POV.
Sixth, I demand that the organization be punished.
Seventh, I ask the administration, now and in the future, not to interrupt active RP situations with “go change your name” when they are called for help/spec. That is interference in RP.
The POV contains MG, FailRP, insults without IC reason, damage in GZ, inappropriate animations in GZ, threats, and more.
To clarify in advance, I did not bait anyone and I did not violate any rules.

Reason: (You deliberately came to provoke a reaction so that they would do/say something to you.)
The mentioned IDs have biographies that allow them to behave this way.
ID: 1079 has not violated anything.
Regarding their biographies, if you believe the Administrator made a wrong decision, you can submit an appeal against them!"
