Hello Lebron,
I would like to respectfully ask for a re-evaluation of my ban, which was issued around 6 months ago for “Supporting Cheats”.
The ban happened because my Discord account appeared in a Discord server called “GamboHub” about one month before the ban. However, this did not happen voluntarily and it was not a conscious decision made by me. I was added through an authorized third-party app/integration, without being able to actively accept or decline it. As soon as I noticed that I was in that Discord server, I left immediately. At no point was I active there, and I did not use, share, request or support any cheat-related content in any way.
Back then I was also reported by a player whose account, to my knowledge, was not real / was a fake forum account. Regardless of that, I fully understand that situations like this must be taken seriously.
At the time of the incident I was the Leader of the LSPD. After the report I was questioned by my advisors and I explained everything openly and honestly. The response I received was that I am responsible for my Discord account, which I understand and accept in general. However, I still feel the punishment in my specific case is extremely harsh, because it was not intentional, I left immediately, I was transparent and told the truth, I had proof at the time that it was not done on purpose, and I have never been suspicious or involved in anything similar before or after this incident.
I understand that “Supporting Cheats” falls under 4.1 and therefore automatically blocks any application to become an organization leader. That is exactly why I am writing this. I am not trying to downplay the rules or start an argument, I am simply asking for a fair review of my case, so I can have a chance again to apply as an organization leader in the future.
Grand RP means a lot to me, and I would take this opportunity very seriously. I learned from this situation and since then I have been extremely careful to keep my Discord account and all connected services clean and secure.

ich möchte höflich um eine erneute Prüfung meines Banns bitten, der vor ca. 6 Monaten aufgrund von „Supporting Cheats“ ausgesprochen wurde.
Der Bann entstand, weil mein Discord-Account ungefähr einen Monat vor dem Bann in einem Discord-Server namens „GamboHub“ aufgetaucht ist. Dies ist jedoch nicht freiwillig und nicht bewusst durch mich passiert. Ich wurde durch eine autorisierte Drittanbieter-App/Integration in diesen Server hinzugefügt, ohne dass ich aktiv zustimmen oder ablehnen konnte. Sobald ich gesehen habe, dass ich in diesem Discord gelandet bin, bin ich sofort wieder aus dem Server rausgegangen. Ich war dort zu keinem Zeitpunkt aktiv, habe nichts genutzt, nichts geteilt, nichts angefragt und auch nichts unterstützt.
Zusätzlich wurde ich damals von einem Spieler reportet, dessen Account nach meiner Kenntnis nicht real war bzw. ein Fake-Forum-Account gewesen ist. Unabhängig davon verstehe ich natürlich, dass solche Fälle grundsätzlich ernst genommen werden müssen.
Zum damaligen Zeitpunkt war ich Leader des LSPD. Nach dem Report wurde ich von meinen Beratern befragt und ich habe die gesamte Situation offen und vollständig geschildert. Mir wurde anschließend gesagt, dass ich für meinen Discord selbst verantwortlich bin, was ich grundsätzlich auch akzeptiere. Trotzdem empfinde ich die Verhältnismäßigkeit in meinem Fall als sehr hart, da es nicht absichtlich passiert ist, ich sofort wieder ausgetreten bin, ich transparent war und alles offen erzählt habe, ich damals auch Proofs hatte, dass dies nicht vorsätzlich war, und ich sowohl davor als auch danach nie auffällig war und mir nichts Vergleichbares zu Schulden kommen lassen habe.
Mir ist bewusst, dass „Supporting Cheats“ unter 4.1 fällt und man dadurch automatisch bei Bewerbungen als Leader einer Organisation abgelehnt wird. Genau darum geht es mir bei dieser Anfrage. Ich möchte nicht Regeln kleinreden oder Diskussionen starten, sondern einfach nur darum bitten, dass mein Fall nochmal geprüft wird, damit für mich wieder die Möglichkeit besteht, mich künftig als Leader einer Organisation zu bewerben.
Grand RP bedeutet mir sehr viel, und ich würde diese Chance wirklich ernst nehmen. Ich habe aus der Situation gelernt und achte seitdem extrem darauf, dass mein Discord sowie alle Verknüpfungen sauber und sicher sind.
