Tried to show my 10-15 my ID to him upon his request. 10-15 states that he is cuffed and cannot see my ID. I'm just doing my job and know that I cannot "show him" my ID while cuffed. As I uncuffed to show my ID, 474886 flies out of the city. Combat Logging occurs at 1:14 of the bodycam footage.
